Dikisahkan, Yoo-Ryung (diperankan oleh Moon Geun-Young) adalah seorang detektif pemula. Saudara kembarnya yang menderita autisme telah hilang. Untuk menemukan saudara perempuannya tersebut, Yoo-Ryung kemudian melamar ke tim polisi kereta bawah tanah (subway).
Yoo-Ryung memiliki persepsi ruang yang luar biasa. Dia menyelesaikan kasus menggunakan kemampuan persepsi ruangnya yang luar biasa dan rasa keadilan yang kuat. Detektif pasangannya sering sibuk membersihkan di belakangnya.
